Evergreen Center for Integrative Medicine houses a group of individual, independent practitioners. Please be aware that each practitioner and their practice is a separate business, with unique policies, fees, and billing services. As practitioners, we form a supportive and nurturing community of individuals both personally and professionally. We hope you enjoy this supportive and nurturing atmosphere when you visit our clinic.
Evergreen Center for Integrative Medicine's practitioners are a diverse group offering a wide variety of therapies and specialties. Some practitioners are affiliated with insurance, PIP and Workman's Comp, some are not. Please refer to our "Practitioner" page for more information about our individual practitioners and their area of expertise.
ECIM does not verify insurance coverage for patients. Our experience has shown us that when patients take the initiative to clarify coverage for their specific plan, it empowers them to better understand their personal coverage and greatly reduces "surprises" during the billing process. For information about providers on your insurance plan as well as details about your coverage for alternative therapies, please refer to your insurance providers directory (usually available in print, online and by contacting your insurance company directly).
